Life happens!

WOW!! It's been SUCH a long time since I've posted here! Well, that's all about to change!

Sorry for the long hiatus. Life happens and it's certainly been "happening" to me. After feeling so overwhelmed for so long, I talked the family into downsizing our lives the family and I decided to downsize our lives. For starters, we left our old, money sucking, energy wasting 2800 sq. ft home for a much more eco-friendly condo. It's still a process in the works and definitely not as easy as I had imagined but we're doing it and it feels grrrrrreat!! You'll be able to read all about soon!

"Downsizing" is a TON of work and while I'm enjoying doing it and making a better life for myself and my family, it's taken me away from my passion.......creating. It felt good to finally break out some paints a couple of weeks ago and I'm still looking forward to reuniting with my sewing machines. Miss E has been asking for some of her clothing designs ( yes, HER designs! She has several drawings ready to go from paper to fabric)to be brought to life so I have a feeling some reuniting might be happening sooner rather than later. I've got to take advantage of that now before she gets another day older and changes her mind (you mommies know what I'm talking about!). After all, one of our biggest reasons for downsizing life was so that we could live it! : )
